Return & Refund Policy

At Mzansi Comfort Co., we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in line with the conditions below.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • In good condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned with all accessories, straps, manuals, charging cables, and included items
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Return Delivery Costs

For all returns, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return delivery costs.

We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Mzansi Comfort Co. cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Return delivery costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will review the matter and assist with a suitable solution where applicable, such as a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, subject to the circumstances and applicable consumer protection laws.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We may not accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling
  • The item is missing parts, accessories, or packaging
  • The item shows signs of excessive use
  • The return request is made after the 30-day return period

How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.
