Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and any delays outside our control.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, high order volumes, or incorrect delivery details.

Shipping Costs

If we are running a free delivery promotion, it will be clearly shown on the website or at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

You can use this tracking number to follow your delivery through the courier tracking page.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please make sure your delivery address, phone number, and email address are correct before completing your order.

Mzansi Comfort Co. is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery costs.

Missed Deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you or delivery is unsuccessful, they may attempt delivery again or contact you to arrange collection or re-delivery.

Any additional courier charges caused by missed delivery attempts may be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can assist with a courier investigation.
